Italy already has the ingredients of strong social infrastructure: corporate philanthropy, Third Sector organisations, inclusive employment mechanisms, universities, territorial institutions and community partnerships. The next opportunity is to connect these assets into a shared operating model that links talent, inclusion, territory and measurable business value.

Romania’s inclusion challenge is no longer about visibility alone. The next step is to build repeatable pathways that connect access, capability, hiring, retention and evidence. When inclusion moves beyond isolated initiatives and becomes part of how organisations recruit, develop talent, partner with communities and measure outcomes, it becomes Social Infrastructure.

Across Europe, companies are investing significantly in CSR and ESG initiatives, yet few can clearly demonstrate how these efforts translate into measurable business performance. The challenge is a lack of structural alignment.
